胡枫(修哥)、谢贤(四哥)、Joe Junior三位贪玩的人气「小生」，两年前同游土耳其、西班牙、葡萄牙意犹未尽，於是约上「新鲜热辣」的金像奖最佳男配角曾江做他们的「陪衬」，再度出发去旅行，一起前往俄罗斯「找乐子」。此行目标锁定莫斯科、圣彼得堡两座城市，四小生寻求各种浪漫、新奇、紧张、激情的体验，玩到「反转再反转」！
红场、克里姆林宫、地铁站、莎哥斯基古城等莫斯科的著名景点，以及尼华河、夏宫、冬宫等圣彼得堡之名胜，皆是游客必到之处，四小生岂肯错过！俄罗斯人驍勇擅战，四位老顽童去到莫斯科也特别「好火」，得閒无事「搵交嗌」是家常便饭，若要几位在军事训练中合作做任务，可有把握？
一班老友难得来到航天大国，自然要试试做太空人的滋味。几位平均年过七旬，见尽大半世纪的人生风浪，又岂会怕一部「疯狂自转离心机」！入黑后的莫斯科仍然精彩，夜店不但是当地上班族结识异性的好地方，亦是四哥的个人主场，且看他如何示范在夜场「猎艷」。
四个帅气的身影染上浓重的顽劣之气，穿行於俄国的异域风情中，一路嬉笑着「吹水」，漫谈几十年来的影圈故事。

来到室内赛车场，多年未碰过軚盘的小生穿上战衣，分别背上「枢密修」、「输物江」、「舒麦四」、「书勿早」四大「响朵」，坐进赛车一决高下！久违了的痛快驰骋，令四人直呼畅快，但為何赛后採访时，一向温顺乖巧的小小Joe突然「扯火」、「扭计」？
莫斯科市集的食材新鲜又便宜，还有各种免费赠送的「靚货」，小生忍不住搜罗一些带去当地人家中，由Ken哥、四哥亲自掌勺，煮一餐家常便饭一同分享。Ken哥与四哥「挛情」曝光后首度以「情侣档」合作，两人在厨房玩「煮饭仔」好不温馨！看着「巧妇」四哥手执食材与炊具忙活的身影，隐见数十年后，他儿子霆锋拍第N辑《十二道锋味》的样子，同时不禁令人感嘆起「有其父必有其子」。
Elisevsky Store乃一间贵族超市，由过去一名公主的行宫改造，修哥与四哥饭后来此閒逛散步，Ken哥则带着小小Joe去街头卖艺。小小Joe易容成长髮老外，在阿尔伯特街高歌，赚得多少「赏钱」？Ken哥帮小小Joe数钱却不抽佣，如此好的老闆兼经理人哪裡找！

俗话说「打是亲骂是爱」，看看四哥一路上与Ken哥「老两口」不停斗嘴、针锋相对，又频频对修哥与小小Joe「动手」，便知他对三位的情谊比表面看来深厚得多！话说四哥发誓要取修哥一毛，原来早就获准「抆」得，究竟何时背着观眾偷偷执行？四位相交大半辈子的「老细路」，在尼华河边一同高歌<朋友>，世间有此福分的人其实不多……
