简介：
衝锋队是警队的先锋，一旦接获危急状况，抢先第一时间赶抵现场化危為机是衝锋队的首要任务，新紥沙展凌晨风（朱千雪饰）深明此道，往往不容有失，敦促队员争分夺秒避免任何耽误与差池。晨风一次带队巡逻演变成警匪枪战，晨风遭围村村长关鼎名（王浩信饰）诸多阻挠，不单令疑犯逃脱，更令她亲眼目睹父亲被流弹击毙，谁料突然天降异象，晨风可以由四月三日重覆返回四月一日，她逆转时机救回父亲却诱发巨大的连锁反应；鼎名无意得知晨风的秘密，藉故合作追查黑警，令二人化敌為友，然而，鼎名一直隐瞒自己的真正身份，而晨风一眾身边人像同僚兼男友郭尚正（袁伟豪饰）、冷漠的车长陈劲威（单立文饰）、记者好友李姿婷（谭凯琪饰）等，亦遭这股超自然力量牵引，遇上连串人算不如天算的意外经歷……
