简介：

故事以“兵贼斗智”作为脉络，以一宗毒犯赃款被劫案开出。干探江扬 (马德钟饰) 英勇揖拿毒犯，虽立了大功，却未能起出赃款。而另一边厢，以高哲 (刘松仁饰) 为代表的贼团却策划成功劫去赃款。扬对此展开调查，誓要起出贼团的主脑人物，兵贼斗法的序幕从此揭开，扬调查哲过程中，发现哲可能就是5年前银行劫案的幕后策划人，而扬的师傅在此案中殉职。扬发现劫案其实另有内情，更揭开师傅“兵变贼”的真相。
