节目简介：
承接上一辑<开间咖啡店>，三位主持到访了多间咖啡店取经、学识了冲煮咖啡的技巧，又尝试模拟开间咖啡店，广邀好友充当客人，成功试业一天。今辑三人将接受更大挑战，就是要真正开一间实体咖啡店。三人运用团队所提供的一笔资金，一起由零开始筹备，直至成功开办咖啡店，正式营业，招待真正客人。节目会以真人show形式拍摄，将三人开咖啡店所经历的过程，包括当中遇到的困难，例如控制成本，寻找合适货源、食材，如何营运、宣传等等，都要一一想办法解决。还有当中接触到的人和事，例如与客人互动，以及三人日渐建立的感情和默契，充满欢乐与温馨，都一一真实呈现。总结节目将会是集合真人show+美食厨房+创业实境节目的合并体，至于咖啡店营业实际收益，建议将全数款项捐给慈悲机构，令节目更富意义。
