简介：Nora（梁咏琪饰）的女儿瑶瑶一直未能适应幼稚园生活，在丈夫Armand（强尼饰）的支持下，毅然从工作中退下来当全职妈妈，一心一意陪伴女儿成长。瑶瑶转到“乐悠悠幼稚园”上课，孔校长（袁富华饰）贯彻遵行无忧无虑与自由自在的教育方针，令瑶瑶的情绪大为改善，逐渐融入校园生活；Nora亦与单亲妈妈Venus（周家怡饰）发展成好友，边学边做全职妈妈。以为一切向好之际，财大气粗的尖子爸爸Charles（潘灿良饰）竟然开始向学校施压，务求要小朋友赢在起跑线！幼稚园内逐渐分成两股势力，并在校园的大小事上针锋相对，Nora与同理念家长决定成立“反起跑线联盟”，坚决捍卫孩子的愉快学习环境，期间衍生趣事连连⋯
