首个小剧场开演，主人公是邓智坚多年前的戏剧学生阿牧。自离婚后，阿牧独力照顾女儿，脾气却越来越大。他及后遇上同样失婚、育有一女的女朋友，决定一起生活，惟四人同住后产生不少磨擦。常发脾气的阿牧还曾将一些难听的说话冲口而出，却获女儿充当和事老，劝他冷静下来，令阿牧有所反省！阿牧提及藉着身心灵课程，了解到自己的不足，会努力作出改变。这次他透过独脚戏向另一半和女儿们许下承诺，火爆怪兽能否获得三位公主的宽恕？
