简介：　

海上保安厅成立了“水下特殊搜查队”，通称“DCU”。成为队长的是50岁的新名正义（阿部宽饰）。成员中有海保精英西野斗真（高桥光臣饰）、第一位女性潜水员成合隆子（中村安饰）等人。还有过去在溺水事件中被新名救了一命的濑能阳生（横滨流星饰）。因为几天前的大型台风，水坝湖内的水流发生了变化，发现了一个人的头骸骨碎片。新名等人在警察束手无策的水深100米的水坝湖水底潜水搜查，看到了意想不到的景色
