近年大家一直在探讨移民这个话题，疫情至今有不少人都移居到外地，当中背后有各种不同的原因让大家离开自己的出生地。第一集由简淑儿（Jessica）带大家到其中一个近年新兴的港人移居地诺定咸，找来一位90后YouTuber Heidi去分享她的故事。

Heidi当年在香港当了7年编剧，笔下有不少脍炙人口的电视剧，可惜在数年前不幸患癌，为了可以让身体休息，决定听从男友Chris提议移居到英国养病，同时转换生活环境，开始她全新的YouTuber事业。今集就由Jessica到访Heidi家中细听当初移民的原因。
