香港不少家庭都有聘请外佣姐姐协助处理家务、照顾家人，甚至主理全家的一日三餐。不过，出于彼此的饮食文化各异，当姐姐尝试以自身烹饪知识煮中菜时，常会诞生一些创意满“Fun”的暗黑料理。为了探究外佣可会真的厨艺堪忧，主持布乐文与施焯日除了走访街市了解姐姐们的买𩠌情况，也会邀请向海岚、艾威、路芙等艺人的外佣姐姐做菜，再由星级大厨李锦联点评她们的下厨手势，还会将菜式重新演绎，务求将暗黑料理变成星级美食！
