王家卫执导、监制的剧集《繁花》，在中国内地播出后“热爆”全国。剧里以九十年代的上海为背景，当中出现的不少场景，现时已成为粉丝朝圣的“打卡”热点。胡蓓蔚在上海土生土长，引领主持拍档姚子羚、冼靖峰到访这些打卡点，并寻觅于剧中出现过的相关美食，为观众整理详尽的繁花地图与游沪攻略。此外，剧里也有不少涉及香港的情节。麦长青负责留守本地，追寻香港繁花的踪迹，让剧迷在港也可投入繁花的璀璨世界。
