平常光顾餐厅，大多数人只会品尝熟悉的菜式，但是于餐单之中或餐单以外，其实隐藏不少大师级美食。这些美食是几近失传的菜式，又或是大厨们的私房拿手好菜。

本节目由纵横厨坛近 50 年的杨国基 (Billy) 师傅带领，走访他的名厨好友餐厅，为大家推介一道道佳肴，例如：仙鹤神针、一品鹅、古法糯米鸡、田鸡扣肚尖、江南百花鸡、金钱鸡等。单听菜式名字，他都必问大家一句：“咁都未食过？”！集合 40 道港人必食菜式，顶级美味重现眼前，爱美食的你，又怎能错过！
