跨媒体“鬼才”黄霑，对香港的流行文化影响深远，他参与创作的流行曲、影视作品、广告等等，也是多代香港人的共同回忆。趁着霑叔离世接近二十周年，节目希望透过旧片重温，回顾他的生平成就。其生前好友锺镇涛、雷颂德、郑国江，也会忆述关于霑叔的深刻点滴，并让观众再次感受霑叔的才情横溢。此外，霑叔的长子黄宇瀚一直甚少在镜头前出现。这次难得受访，他会以儿子的视角，细诉霑叔私底下的面貌。
