简介：

   曾担任特种部队军官的金道奇（李帝勋饰）因母亲遭谋杀而失去至亲，深受打击。在他人生最低谷时，遇见了“彩虹运输”的代表理事张省哲（金义城饰）。这家公司表面经营高级出租车服务，实则是一家通过私刑为受害者伸张正义的秘密组织。“彩虹运输”的司机均由秘密特工担任，专门惩治那些逃脱法律制裁的罪犯。此后，在一次行动中，团队接触到一家高利贷集团，并意识到这可能成为他们迄今最大的挑战。他们进一步发现该犯罪集团与国际人口贩运组织关系密切，这些追寻正义的人决定将任务延伸至海外，试图彻底摧毁这一犯罪集团的核心势力
