这群Doctor X中的一人，米仓主演的大门未知子以医院为舞台不断制造纠纷的同时，以最体现外科医生能力的高超技术以及不妥协有关治疗方案的任何事的精神贯彻于第一季。这一季，女主也将以日积月累取得医师执照的高技术为武器，打破常规活跃于舞台，给充满闭塞感的日常生活带来新的感受。
未知子这季登上的舞台是上一季低度医科大学附属医院第三分院的总院！
相对于被称为“分店”的分院，总院是被称为“总店”的金字塔顶端。
今时今日，大学一员的医局日渐衰落，医生间的等级制度逐渐崩毁。救人性命的医疗也终于进入了弱肉强食的时代。由于劳动条件过于艰苦，使得外科医生不断减少。此时出现的，是和未知子同样的自由医生们。
然而，正是在这弱肉强食的时代，也有人死抓这摇摇欲坠的巨塔不愿放手。恣意操纵权利的人们。害怕权利的人们。他们的暗语是「遵命」。反抗者则不会有未来——。
新一季的敌手将比上季规模更为强悍，异色，孤高，反骨的自由天才外科医生——大门未知子将掀起新的旋风！
