爱玩过界、踩过界的杜如风，说要拍摄第二辑《関西攻略》，竟然走到日本中部「时装地狱」三重县去！她勇於挑战自己，到访被称為「纳闷地区」的名古屋，进行三集的连锁推介。到底名古屋有甚麼好食、好玩、好买之地方，可让杜如风為名古屋洗脱污名？此外，还重踏大阪、神户地区，深入关西各地尽情玩乐购物！
承接上辑精神，杜如风继续血拼，抵价购入心水衣履鞋袜及名牌货品，这次她的「唔自私购物清单」还加入了餐具、玩具、家具、家品、饰物、古玩等项目，旨在发掘更多有趣日式玩物產品。饮食方面，她推介的未必是廉价之选，但绝对是抵食之选！还有一些古怪、网上人气美食，杜如风身先士卒，為观眾进行严谨的美食「认证」。
越玩越过界的杜如风「型」游日本，cosplay是少不了的环节，换上外星人打扮的杜如风又是甚麼模样？偶像梁朝伟上身，杜如风立即变成「别问」，走上擂台「搏一次」！她还有一个令人意想不到的卡通故事人物形象，大家拭目以待！
「Best Buy Item」环节继续登场，由当地日本人推介他们心目中的「必买」生活精品。还有「旅游小贴士」，提供关西旅程的省钱及着数攻略。

杜如風在《東京攻略》中曾帶大家睇樓，《関西攻略弐》則介紹廉價「上車鈕」！店內有來自世界各地的古董「鈕」，鎮店之寶亦只賣8000日圓，還不是「投資恩物」？各款各樣的鈕扣，除可隨時為衣物換裝，亦可化身成為耳環、戒指、頸鏈等飾物，隨時有層「鈕」在手。
杜如風重返小學？非也，該學校於大地震後已改建成商店及手作坊。她走進火柴專門店大玩特玩，火柴燃點後可成香薰？擦火柴也能占卜？參觀其他小店，試戴各款特色帽子，並在選購文具時自爆童年百厭史。自稱無書卷氣的杜如風還走到一間書店，保證大家不懂日文也能買到心頭好，她推介母親及攝影師買一個紙皮背囊，紙造的背囊到底有甚麼優點？
神戶牛遠近馳名，神戶麵包同樣不遑多讓。杜如風介紹一間麵包店，一光顧便送一杯咖啡，還可以用麵包的價格嚐到咖喱牛肉飯的滋味，確實值得推介！一間毫不起眼的小店，有位前酒店大廚用法國菜招待知音人，一碗「特濃番茄湯」竟令杜如風眼有淚光？八道菜的晚餐需花費幾多？
