简介：　

　自幼练习柔道的开朗女孩黑泽心（黑木华 饰）因意外受伤而放弃了竞技的道路。在此之后，热爱漫画的她征战职场，顺利进入一家漫画杂志担任编辑。在这里，她师从于资深的副主编五百旗头敬（小田切让 饰），并从主编和田（松重丰 饰）、同侪壬生（荒川良良 饰）、安井（安田显 饰）、漫画名家三藏山龙（小日向文世 饰）等前辈那里学到了不少宝贵的经验。她积极为漫画家和编辑部出谋划策，努力发掘新人，并深入到销售第一线的书店寻找卖点。在此过程中，无数考验和危机交替袭来，元气满满的黑泽拿出竞技时代的勇气和干劲，全力以赴冲了上去……
　　本片根据松田奈绪子的同名漫画改编。
