簡介：

       名偵探柯南真人版再次複活！不過這次上場的是變身爲柯南前三個月的工藤新一的故事。愛好推理的高中生工藤新一（溝端淳平 飾）和其青梅竹馬毛利蘭（忽那汐裏 飾）一直過著緊張又不失甜蜜的生活。這天，新一卻收到了疑似來自他的粉絲的挑戰書，這個挑戰書的背後是多個案件組成的連環推理，一環套一環，如同闖關遊戲。新一、小蘭、小蘭的爸爸毛利小五郎（陣內孝則 飾）在一個密閉的房間裏蘇醒，等待他們的將是烏雲密布的案件和處處有危機的現場。新一能否攻克重重障礙，最終走到答案揭曉的時刻呢？
　　本片改編自漫畫家青山剛昌的同名漫畫，是真人版的第四彈。
