亞洲電視55周年頒獎禮是香港亞洲電視為慶祝55周年舉辦的台慶頒獎典禮，也是亞洲電視結束香港本地的免費地面電視廣播服務前舉辦的最後一次大型頒獎活動，於2012年7月8日晚七點半至十點在亞視大埔總台錄影廠舉行，由陳啟泰、朱慧珊、林韋辰、亢帥克和亞洲小姐冠軍馮雪冰、許瑩擔任司儀。獎項由2012年5月1日起至5月20日接受公眾網上提名，6月底開始至7月6日接受公眾網上投票
