简介：

岩崎丽(深田恭子)成為律师在某次的失误而伤害了委託人而引咎辞了律师。从那以后做著与“助人”无缘的打工勉强糊口。成為律师之前有400万欠债，在人生和工作上都无法发现生存的意义，每天过著空虚的生活。可是她有著自己都没发现的`才能`。没有先入為主之的己见像「白纸」看待事物。被称為“Zero base思考”的这个想法，作為丽今后成為律师的最大武器。

另一方面，从属於律师业界最大公司的事务所，也被谈论下期干部候选的杰出律师•海老泽凛香（寺岛忍）。住在高级公寓，喜欢高级葡萄酒和名牌。带著「如果不胜诉就没有意义」的观念而不泽手段。由於某议案遇到危机的时候都没有人出手相助而感到愕然的凛香被律师协会退会。

处於人生歧路的31岁的丽和41岁的凛香。因丢失住处开始焦躁的二人打算抓住各自`幸福`，下定决心绝不逃避当下的“年龄”和“状况”的变化。这样的二人，作為律师，作為女性，!?能抓到幸福吗？
