'Our' staple food, rice, has affected 'their' food, obviously. 'We' use left-over rice for fried rice.
'Their' food is hybrid-ish, including 'their' buns or mantou, noodles and even dumplings. Their so called fried rice is very risotto-like. 'They' had so many varieties of fried rice. It would be a boom, if you were to sell those types of fried rice in other regions. |
