I alway look for the best video format, a 720 do not look good on a 4K TV, are on a 4K monitor,
you may want to read about the new H266 for next year

for some reason some people want to use old format and out of date rmvb,

4K monitor is much better than a 4K TV, monitor is for both font and graphic, not just graphic, monitor can show more detail then a TV "on a same size of monitor and TV", the reason monitor is alway cost more than a TV,  today average people is use more than one computer for workload (computer price is drop so much), for video production, has you use a software call "Bandicam" before? you can get a free version on the web.
The major issue is some user do not upgrade their computer hardware, OS, video player software, and keep using old and out of date format and player. alway something better out there.
