所谓「健康是最大的财富」，随着社会逐渐富庶、进步，都市人亦越来越注重健康。每个人都希望活得健康，远离疾病、痛苦，但各位对自己的身体机能与健康状况，又有多了解？科技发达、资讯氾滥，坊间流传着不少自我测试健康的方法，当中可有医学根据？
郑丹瑞（旦哥）、梁嘉琪与张致恆（Steven）主持的全新健康资讯节目《你健康吗？》，以医学角度探究这些身体小测试的效用，并请来中、西医或相关专家，深入浅出地讲解箇中理论及依据，让观眾明瞭测试目的及作用，不时自我检查，紧贴留意自己的身体，做个健康快活人！节目每集均会请来艺人担任「健康挑战者」，亲身接受小测试，察看身体各部份的功能可会运作良好？健康指数又是否达标？
若要保持健康，充份的休息、适当的运动固然不可少，均衡的饮食亦同样重要！著名电影人严浩对潮流食疗素有心得，严Sir亮相节目分享多种食材对健康的益处、烹调方法，畅谈养生之道；节目亦会走访专家，探讨各类食品的营养及功效。另外，现场的「健康粉丝」齐来舒展筋骨，透过简单的健体动作，促进新陈代谢，鼓励各位多做运动。节目还会带来与日常生活有关的健康小资讯，增进大家的健康知识。

《你健康嗎？》來到最後一集，成為「兄弟幫」梁烈唯（唯唯）再次決戰「姊妹淘」葉翠翠的舞台！唯唯、翠翠分別帶來多和伴侶接吻，及勤於照鏡的健康「貼士」，聽起來似是而非，說法可有根據？他們接着接受一項據稱能夠看出血管可有硬化的坊間測試。動作看似簡單，長者要完成卻有一定難度，兩位「健康挑戰者」又能否輕鬆「過關」？註冊中醫師揭開測試的實際作用之外，也會從中醫學角度，講解血管硬化對身體的損害。
心臟病是香港的第三號「殺手」，2013年就有接近六千人死於此病。而下肢動脈硬化，很多時候與罹患心臟病有關，所以多做步行運動，保持下肢動脈健康，對預防心臟病十分重要。唯唯、翠翠亦會進行檢視下肢動脈狀況的測試，比拼下肢血管的健康！唯唯笑稱「好兄弟」Bob上身肥胖、下肢纖幼，可能出現下肢動脈硬化的毛病；血管外科專科醫生指出唯唯的謬誤之餘，亦會詳細解釋測試的原理，及講解患有下肢血管硬化的徵兆。
「潮食健康嗎」環節，嚴浩（嚴Sir）以維他命豐富的粗糧入饌，示範一道「十穀粥」，煮吃時可有其他宜忌？嚴Sir還會介紹另一道清淡潮食「薏米粥」，具健脾去濕的功效。
