cannot log in

Hello,
Why is that we cannot log in using google chrome all of a sudden ? it always said on the upper right please wait and there is no response, however using IE has no problem, tried on different computers, the same thing happened in these few days.

have tried to delete all the cookies and restarted chrome and also deleted all the cache, but it still behave the same, very strange.

Then tried to install the new Microsoft Edge for windows 7 and still cannot login, it seems all the chrome based browser cannot login all of a sudden, days ago, it is normal . Right now, only the old IE for windows 7 can login. What has been changed ?

It's strange, for me it's the opposite: adding www works more often than no www.

Also I think it depends on times of day. On some hours it's easier, on some hours it's impossible (perhaps the server is in maintenance).

Finally, try to refresh a few times (with and without www), if you can see the page with white background and "plain formatting" of text and links (because the CSS style file is not loaded), then the login will work 100%. There will be a pop-up warning about https security, but don't worry just "send anyway".
