cannot log in

Hello,
Why is that we cannot log in using google chrome all of a sudden ? it always said on the upper right please wait and there is no response, however using IE has no problem, tried on different computers, the same thing happened in these few days.

have tried to delete all the cookies and restarted chrome and also deleted all the cache, but it still behave the same, very strange.

Also tried a few other computers and still cannot log in, just nothing happens after "please wait ".  Then tried to install the new Microsoft Edge for windows 7 and still cannot login, it seems all the chrome based browser cannot login all of a sudden, days ago, it is normal . Right now, only the old IE for windows 7 can login.  What has been changed ?

it is very strange, I tried using your method changing https to http and it can log in, but last week or in the past, everything is fine until this week, then it happens strangely, I don't know what 5156share has changed in the website to make it that strange.  Hope the administrators will be able to know and fix this problem.
why https cannot log in ??
